I never considered myself a health nut. LOL I also stated "too much sugar". I'm old enough to know my limitations. It's really the salt these days that I have to keep an eye on. It's not helping me because hypertension and high sodium levels don't mix. When my doc told me I had to stop sprinkling it on everything, I was crushed. I so miss it on my fruits and veggies but I still cheat and sea salt the shit out of my cuts of meat. 😋
