Adamph85: Yes they are limited and yes they are limited in what they say. Within limited is reality, like we are still here, the players are etc. Cleaning & updating the web page could have been done on an ongoing basis. Just simple business practices work. They brought on the lawsuit and asked for it to be dismissed. No reason to be that tight lipped. What does the lawsuit have to do with business function and growth? They can't handle two things at the same time?
