Trust me, I understand the frustration. But if we harass them etc is only going to make matters worse. We need to respect their personal privacy. My brother is a Corporate lawyer and he agrees that they're very limited what they can say or share while a court case is on going.

I take her tweet as an honest update. Once legal is behind them, it can move forward.
I talked to another shareholder who is hoping it goes lower in the meantime, because if she repeats her past successes, this could be a hell of a ride. But, for now, we must wait.
