THAT DOES NOT.!!!! The JURISDICTION CLAUSE set Personnel Jurisdiction in MA that both parties agreed to.. PERIOD
The contract has NOT been deemed illegal until the COURT decision. That has to be made by a MA. court since the contract has a JURISDICTION CLAUSE
