They LOST the Auctus case!!!! That's why it's under Appeal. Which they have NO HOPE of winning. The XTI case will be dismissed on JURISDICTION also.

Wouldn't surprise me if Duffy tried to sue Maxim . Anything to STALL & DISTRACT for more time to DILUTE. Since Nexboard can't pass a certification test.
