Basic math say 80M more shares since data lock would have sufficed the last 4 years without spoofing. Instead it took 400M.

Yeah you really have plenty of facts to support your belief. Especially if you ignore a couple of variables in the equation. With them your facts becomes bias, available to buy for the highest bidder.
