Never had to they continued to rise in SP along with quite a few forward splits along the way. Besides that they already had a 10 year history when I bought in.
BTW my big board stocks have always buy them and forget them. For retirement which is NOW🥳 Pennies were more like gambling and had more thrill to them. GOOD AND BAD. Don't play with money you can't afford to lose.
