And your theory on Proto is what? Mine is that he's paid by a wealthy, obsessive shareholder here.....At least Ted denies being paid. Can't get that out of Proto.

As I said yesterday, I've never been more inaccurately judged in my life than what has been the case on this board.

It shouldn't surprise me though. Critical thinking would require going through my posting history and thinking about it instead of just making assumptions simply because I posted negatively, and often. I learned long ago that many on this board are averse to thinking things through.

Also, what doesn't make sense about the scenario I"ve given?

1. that I saw good - maybe even great potential but didn't like the price?
2. that the company really has hidden a lot of stuff from shareholders, which makes it a questionable investment?
3. that I had a lot of time on my hands?
4. that I really thought I could reach some people through logic and common sense?
5. that by and large the group of longs resembles a cult with their cult-like trust and defense of any challenges - which only spurs some people like me on to dig deeper?

None of those are far-fetched and they all are completely consistent with the message I've given, as a person doing his own thing, not paid by anyone else.

A couple easy ones:
If I am paid to post why am I posting far less than before?
If I am paid to post why didn't someone new take over and post 10+ x a day when I got restricted?

Just food for thought. Not interested in discussing further.

Walter, Ted came on this board late in June 2022 saying he had a 10% of his portfolio in LWLG but had some remaining questions offering concerns regarding poling and bonuses. We know, from that time on, he had questions/doubts that could fill up a book. June 2022 the short count kept rising to 20.8 million and the share prices was in the 6s when he announced his ownership and having questions . His arrival near the peak of the shorting is very likely not a coincidence. He quickly turned sour on the company after supposedly being positive enough to having bought enough shares to fill almost10% of his portfolio (if you want to believe that) and arguments increased from there to the point many of the shareholders stopped posting out of frustration. Is the timing a coincidence? I don't think so.

Agree that he is likely a Kerrisdale stooge. He is a creative wordsmith, that's for sure. And like all of the doubters, very good at pointing out apparent contradictions by the company rather than seeing the big picture. It's always easy to critique a company or executive, especially in small companies.
