Ted, it still amazes me after more than a decade on the LWLG board how far some posters will go to spin explanations out of thin air for what is fairly plain to objective and rational investors.
My only goal is to make money from this investment. I couldn’t give a shit about being right or wrong, so long as the end result is a win for shareholders.
As a rational and objective investor, one cannot spin the LWLG story positively after two decades. There has been a parade of unqualified CEOs; a consistent unqualified chief financial officer; a history of perennial puffing, which has resulted in zero meaningful revenue; a “CEO” who refuses to give straight answers to straight questions; unwarranted bonuses and salary increases; endless dilution; a BOD that seems incapable of performing its fiduciary duties; and a complete inability for shareholders to know where we stand commercially.
For the apologists this is all explained away by the catch-all, non-existent, all encompassing NDAs, and further supported by “institutional holdings,” which have been well-proven to be passive index fund holdings. In this world, LWLG is in active engagement with multinational Tier Ones, yet zero facts exist to validate this claim (to the contrary, the stock price suggests that this claim is false).
There will be no convincing those who worship at the altar of Perk that there are obvious and many concerns at the company. Having written that, your efforts, as well those of others, do have value for the investors who dwell in a world where verifiable facts are all that matters.
