At my first meeting with Dickie I asked how many shares he owned. He asked like between me and my wife. Spouses don’t have to report insider sales. It was like 80 or 90% held in his wife’s name. Just pure junior pubco sluts, as is usual. MS took it to another level though. Just a giant scalp of scammed investor dollars into the ex-Molycorp’s gang of four’s wallets.
