So the GXII founders/ NioCorp BOD’s who own many shares must be Stupid for doing the deal with Mark.

And where do warrants fit into that?
Are you smart with warrants or stupid? And if you are stupid with warrants do you become more stupid when you exercise them at the strike price?

I met him in NYC in 2014 and he was till involved with Niocorp. Very nice guy who enjoyed talking about the company and his family. I was with another investor and we both thought we were going to be rich off this investment. Never expected the company stock price to be where it is today.
