Paul, I am one of the very few on all these boards who posts from the filings. Scare tactics? Shawn Leon has been talking about the consolidation of the stock since January to support the offering and the up-list. He goes so far as to say he wants to consolidate the stock to the level that he would need to up-list to the NYSE. I guess we should also just consider those comments as opinions as well. 🙄 How deep in a hole do all you longs have your heads?
