That is nonsensical Janet. Those who would short this understand what Shawn Leon is claiming he is going to do and it isn't good for this current stock structure. Those who would short this want a high a price as possible with some volume to short sell into just like you. You can bet that there is an amended offering waiting to be filed but I would expect the stock consolidation 8K to be first. That isn't speculation by the way, Shawn Leon has been talking about it for months. Potential shorts see two things, that is the sell off when Shawn finally comes with the news and the subsequent dilution from the offering. That offering will provide plenty of shares to cover with and all they need to do is be patient. What we might see short term is the Bauman note dump since when the news hits it is going down anyway. This is fun to watch and those who took the bait at this level will get trounced in my opinion.
