That's just it, Paul Strickland and Randy Goulding were part of the old SPZI (Spooz, Inc.), they are not part of the new SPZI. You guys keep trying to link them as if they are part of the new SPZI going forward. They are not. Spooz, Inc. became JP3E basically on Jan 1, 2024. Anything done to help with the transition to John K. Park and his team was probably done by Paul Strickland and his team or assisted by them. I don't know? Who cares? Heck, that's how it is with any stock transitioning from the old team to the new team. It's not important in my opinion. You are beating a dead horse. Your points have nothing to do with price of tea in China and the company going forward. What's important is that John K. Park and his team officially took over on Jan 1, 2024 and I'm very confident that you won't find anything indicating that Paul Strickland or Randy Goulding is officially connected or involved since John K. park has officially taken over the company.
The audit was for 2022 and 2023 which was during the tenure of when Paul Strickland and Randy Goulding was involved. Like it or not, the audit got a great review and report from the Auditor. I'm sure there were some questions or things needing to be answered by Paul, Randy, and anyone else connected with the old SPZI to get the audit done. That's common sense for anyone to know. The new management team would not know any details of what transpired internally with the company since they were not a part of the company over the past two years. This is how things would go with any audit when the management is transitioning from the old to the new.

The way how you and some others are twisting things are as if John doesn't have a team of his own to move forward when he does as indicated on OTC Markets. It's actually a pretty reputable team too. I'm sure you have researched them. The information that you and a few others keep posting and bringing up simply does not apply to the new SPZI/JP3E going forward. Just keep watching. You'll see. I'm confident that action is going to speak louder than words to prove who is correct in their thinking. The completion of the audit is the first piece of the puzzle that have proved some of you wrong. Just stop bashing and just keep watching...
