Sterling--a one-man CPA firm rendered his opinion on 2 years of info provided him by SPZI front man Paul Strickland and his secret puppet master Randall S. Goulding. Despite his being permanently barred from having any involvement in any stock Randall Goulding made this filing with the Colorado SOS on 10/14/2021--

And now the last page of the audit reveals that a "charity" --Epidemologic Solutions Corporation-- provided "donations" totaling $222,754 during 2022-2023 "to assist the Company (Spooz) with operating capital." The auditor goes on to say "there were no amounts paid to any Officers or Directors of the Company. ESC has no relationship to the Company and exists as a benefactor for the Company through the ownership of stock via common shares purchased from third parties.in operational funding for Spooz in exchange for shares." Do you honestly believe that ESC bought shares of SPZI from anyone other than Randall Goulding? Do you think the auditor also knew that another ticker run Randall's brother Dr. Richard E. (Evan) Goulding (GRPS) was also a recipient of ESC "donations" and that list other family members (Blane, Brenton, Bryce & Patricia) as beneficial share holders?

Epidemologic Solutions Corporation is an apparently short lived charity registered to a $30k mobile home in rural Louisiana. IMO it has all the earmarks of a tax evasion scam. I say that because 11 months ago (8/12/2023) ESC was issued a tell-tale toxic tranche of 10 million unrestricted shares as "debt conversion" in another company ($HALB) that lists Ryan D. Goulding as recipient of hundreds of millions of shares. Or that the aforementioned Blane, Brenton, Bryce, Patricia Goulding were each issued the same 10 million share tranches the same day for "services provided"?

Not only that, all three Goulding infested tickers also use the services of accountant/consultant William Tynan and securities counsel Gary L. Blum.
