Interesting how you twist the words
“won’t be until FDA is considering a submission”

Company has to submit for FDA to consider it . They haven’t stopped the company from submitting . The most important event for US company to realize most revenue is to get FDA approval . If he is frustrated that 10 years from finishing enrollment and close to 5 years from data lock was not enough time to have application ready for submission is irrational . Then he has a right to his view point just like you . No one has assigned you arbiter of which view is more right than the other .

Thanks, Doc!! "Logic" is a wonderful thing!!! One would hope that Bigger reads your comment and begins his process of "Rethink" , developing a better understanding of the tasks at hand!!! In my mind, Logic is the compass for exploration AND my favorite quote about exploration- "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time."
