Yes, and perhaps on top of that it is July 4th week...early close at 1 pm tomorrow and closed on Thursday...peeps may not be focused on the market this week because of vacationing and the festivities involvement and planning, traveling and things like that.

I agree, technically speaking, a day like this is necessary to cool off the RSI.
