I’m not going to debate points in your first paragraph that I think are wrong, but your list is good.
1. fire Marcelli - I agree.
2. hire a competent CEO and CFO - Hire a CFO. Check out Lightmatter’s announcement today.
3. hire a big 4 accounting firm - not sure this is as important. Not my field though.
4. fire MZ - I agree. Hire a competent IR person.
5. end all non-revenue producing, non industry distractions - I agree if you mean those stupid interviews like Benzinga. That falls on MZ.
6. establish a strong in-house sales and marketing team - IR/marketing instead of MZ would be great. Don’t necessarily need a whole sales team right now. Not to sound ridiculous but the technology will sell itself. We’re not selling widgets online.
7. seek out and finalize a strategic joint venture - don’t need that from a manufacturing standpoint. What would you say is the purpose of said JV?
8. rethink who should be a member of the BOD - Agree some changes can be made.
