Yes the Monitor also set aside monies to pay those fees. To be sure the assets purchased were viable.

And it was the Monitor paying them post liquidation because THE COMPANY DIDNT EXIST ANY MORE TO PAY THEM.

The company attached to the shares here does not have the right to do business as Bioamber, FYI. And it owns no IP whatsoever.

Yet another garbage post I see. That patent was sold to LCYB along with all the other ones. The name BioAmber was sold to LCYB as well.

I don't believe for 1 second that BioAmber sold all of their patents. There is no way that people can say "all of the patents were sold", that is only an assumption or a lie IMO.

Page 88 of the 6th monitor’s report, patent was sold in the liquidation:

Despite the remnants of BioAmber’s existence still deposited here and there, if you’d ever actually read that 6th report showing everything sold in the liquidation and considered that you haven’t heard the first whisper from an alleged publicly reporting corporation in nearly 6 years, maybe you’d put it all together that BioAmber (and whatever investment you had remaining in it) is gone forever.
