Well BioAmber didn’t apply for or receive a patent did you even read his garbage post?
They were literally granted a patent near the end of 2023. Don't you remember how the Monitor reported months after "the liquidation" that they were paying legal fees for intellectual property registrations? Of course you do... And why is Bioamber paying legal fees on IP when they "don't own it"? Because they obviously own it... Was Bioamber covering legal fees for LCY Biosciences? LOL of course not but you know that... $BIOA
