Nobody is ignoring anything. 'Missing conditions of closing' happened ONCE, that we know of, and only because thats what the company told us. And who writes those comments in the filings? You do. The other side had quite a different opinion of how things shook out, didnt they. Why dont you tell us about the times everyone else walked out on you. And why. Bet you wont.
