Einstein's theory was considered highly suspect for a number of years until the 1919 eclipse proved it's predictions to be true.

Anavex is waiting for the eclipse to occur. That will be the EMA and FDA approval. That process is in progress.

You might want to wait for the patient's heart to quit beating before declaring him dead lest he jumps up off the table and begins to dance.

Over time he was proved right. The science here is proving out over time. Waiting to see what the regulators have to say.
