It’s not his accent—he can’t speak English clearly. Period. That, in addition to his numerous missed deadlines and empty promises, add up to a subpar CEO. I would not take a CEO position in Germany, since I can’t speak German.

I’ll answer my own question: I’d prefer a competent, well dressed, and eloquent CEO compared to the train wreck we have.
