I can almost see it going down now.
The Company wants to go public in America to access funding. They go shopping for a shell. But not seasoned in public Companies.
They saddle up with this krew that has this shell and did all the heavy lifting to get it public. Name change, filings, everything. And at zero cost.
Then they drop this bomb that the shell owes their funding LLC this old debt. Court ordered debt settlement too. The Company is in deep and pissed. They go quiet while they are forced to convert.
Our only question, is it over?
Any more conversion is 60% discount to .0003
The price will tell all. It conversion is over, we get news. .005+

It's still a roll of the dice.

This says it all. And to be fair, Tekumo did not incur this debt. Hicks and Canouse held this debt in this shell and packaged it to Tekumo at a give away price.
Just allow your story coming in to give the necessary pump so we can exit the debt. Then the shell is yours.
If you don't know Canouse, then your still in OTC grade school.

If they paid off $400K of this reported last News, and then perhaps $600K more ??? between then and Now/Next Update
that would leave ~$1,225 Mill to go

If the Company decides to pay some/most of this off from earnings, the SS could be Ok and things may Look better
But If they decide to let the selling of shares continue to compensate for the Debt, and there are no more Runs to sell the shares @ a Higher PPS
then @ 0.0005 Avg Sell Rate _ the O/S could easily go to 4 Billion

That could take into the Fall/Dec to Push all the shares Out

Anyone's guess what will take place, but it does not look too Rosy near Term _
