The Company reports Revenues/ New Contracts

Purportedly cares about Shareholder Value

Appears to be able to pay off or make a deal on the Debt _ but instead allows the Dilution to continue

Is the Company Obligated to the selling of the shares to cover the debt or can they make an offer to Buy Some/All of the Debt over time

I think Tekumo got schooled on this shell.
These sharks got then sucked in with the name change and sold this debt aspect when the Price was high.
It's why the original calculation was 780m shares.
New Management, had no clue how low this would go with these toxic sharks.

It's why we have heard nothing.


I'd have dump this shell for a Synergy shell, but that name change has them locked in.
