Many drugs have serious and long term side effects and in some cases lethal side effects. If Xena chooses to call long term serious side effects of a drug she was prescribed a poison, that doesn't seem like much of a stretch to me.

Claiming to have been “poisoned” by doctors and big pharma sure sounds paranoid and conspiratorial to me.

You mean like the "excess deaths" that have been occurring daily since 2020 that are now well documented by the actuaries at the life insurance companies that are reported on Twitter almost every day?
