No I haven’t. However, I haven’t been invested in a company that is rumored to have a naked short position almost as large as the outstanding shares.
It would be interesting to see what was the vote on the last compensation plan as compared to the float at that time.
Since so many shares are in the hands of insiders and some large retailer investors here and coupled that with the emotions being displayed on the fairness of the comp plan, I expect to see voting turnout above 60%. And if the vote tally is less than 1.2B then I will conclude the naked short position isn’t very significant.
It is a wait and see proposition just like everything else here.
