One does not need to be doing business, generating revenue, for there to be a conflict of interest. Revenue, product offers etc are not conditions for conflict.

Let me give you an example. A conflict could be building a company, hiring staff, developing products/infrastucture, directed by common senior management etc with the intent of competing. By all accounts it looks like the intent exist. Mix in a little unjust enrichment and there it is.

If there were a true BOD I am sure they would be advising on details. If the BOD found out about the other company I am sure they would take action. Their fiduciary responsibility comes into play.

LMAO!!! The CEO of a publicly traded company registered a new company, set up a website, PUBLISHED the website, and you are here lying on his behalf and claiming there's no conflict of interest?? The new company is consisted of the SAME fraudsters that are part of the current SNPW scam, with the SAME management "team", in the SAME business, yet you're here claiming it's not a conflict of interest?? LMFAO

I know you're not familiar with the English language and securities laws based on your thousands of posts, but even non native English speakers understand this is the VERY DEFINITION of conflict of interest!!

Only a scammer would scream tortious interference when being exposed for a fraud. In order to interfere, Campanella would actually have to conduct real business. Anyone can ask Kenny Whatley, the listing agent of Elba, about his experience getting lied to and strung along by Campanella for over a year.

An CEO of a public company going to work for another company, is the exact type of event the LAW requires a company to report. Whether he intends to roll up the new company into the current scam is irrelevant. This is the VERY definition of a Material Event!!

If Solray wasn't conducting business than he should've never registered the website, published the website and made it public. Of course this is the same conman CEO named in a federal criminal indictment, so I don't expect anything less from him except another scam.

BTW, how's the price action looking this week? Lmfao, since last week you were bragging across multiple boards about the monthly pump and dump. This company is a scam, will always be a scam, and WILL get shut down by the authorities and Campanella will be sanctioned and banned from scamming anyone else again.
