Anyone can ask Kenny Whatley, the listing agent of Elba, about his experience getting lied to and strung along by Campanella for over a year.
An CEO of a public company going to work for another company, is the exact type of event the LAW requires a company to report. Whether he intends to roll up the new company into the current scam is irrelevant. This is the VERY definition of a Material Event!!
If Solray wasn't conducting business than he should've never registered the website, published the website and made it public. Of course this is the same conman CEO named in a federal criminal indictment, so I don't expect anything less from him except another scam.
