They have orphaned status with the EU:
“Orphan drug designation number EU/3/07/431”
The UK does not automatically extend it post Brexit, but the PIM status was a very important designation and they likely asked for it in the Marketing Application, which is where they would now seek to get it post Brexit, given their past status.
I would expect it is likely they would get it. Doesn’t matter if it treats broader indications, for the indication that is orphaned, they should be able to get it and it should be possible to apply to both nGBM and rGBM
