Yes it’s somewhat confusing because the PR specifically says OneMind and the 3 LOI will FORM a new company called DigiBriks How do you form a new company if one already exists.
From the April 9 PR:
“Affluence a leader in Smart City Software and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire three IoT technology companies and, along with OneMind Technologies, will form a new company named Digibriks.”
A bit confusing since it clearly states the 3 companies and OneMind will form this company. No mention of the other company
