I don’t think it was confusing at all. Mingothings International took the lead to register the dotcom name. That is the 1st thing you want to do to lock up a dotcom name.
In the background Mingothings International and OneMind Technologies would be hashing out details and forming Digibriks SL a Spain company that should end up as a subsidiary of Durham Black publicly traded on the USA market as AFFU Keep in mind that news release said the companies were producing revenues and profitable!
While Digibriks.com is not up and running yet you can surely bet they working on the web design pages to have it all ready.
