You claimed Alabama gave SNPW ability to issue bonds, when in fact as part of their incentive program Alabama will grant ANY business who invests hundreds of millions tax bonds.
You claimed Invictus "gave SNPW an investment grade", when in fact you don't even know Invictus is an insurance BROKER, and hardly a reliable entity to assess investment criteria, and they will do business with ANYONE who can pay. (SNPW can't even pay in this case, they wasted Invictus' time just like they did with everyone else to set up this scam) Lmfao!!
YOU LIED and claimed Elba Alabama site was deemed environmentally unsuitable and therefore SNPW switched to Dillon, SC. This is a flat out lie. Per Kenny Whatley, the listing agent of Elba, there's nothing wrong with the site and Campanella wasted over a year of everyone's time because his lies eventually ran out.
Where is the site in Dillon? The location of the fake staged site visit in January? Why is it not on contract and still on the market??
