The settlement has NOTHING to do with the amount of damages, and everything to do with how much damage discovery will cause to the defendants.... in other words, how badly do they want to keep their dirty laundry hidden. There.... I dumbed it down for you...!!!🙄

Of course this assumes LP is in it for settlement $$$... her motivation may be to expose the underbelly of the beast and let DOJ take over and throw them all in jail... maybe her plan doesn't need funding from this arena...
