His name is Hans Brost--it's okay to say that, because God knows he's introduced himself often enough--and years ago, he claimed to be the manager of the Palm Springs brand of Plastic2Oil (PTOI). You can find photos and more of him online.
I've seen him before over the years but I didn't know his name or really anything about him. So I just googled him and wallah!
