Thank you for sharing this. While it surely beats default, making the first payment with 20% of what they borrowed last month on less than stellar terms isn't great. They wouldn't have borrowed $7 million under those terms if they didn't need all of it.
On the plus side, Yorkville doesn't get shares to sell. Hopefully something happens this month enabling the company to pay off the rest of the note before the July payment is due.
