How do you know they didn’t just borrow the 7 million because they needed the extra time and they were fully aware that they were going to be giving some or all back 20% at a time, or at least until after august.(summer break)

What a gong show. Prepaying a million plus dollars in fees and interest. Giving up 600k+ $3.25 warrants. Then paying back less than 2 months later with the money they borrowed. You simply can’t make stuff up. Crazy moves.
