NICE aims to have the opinion at about the time of the MHRA decision.
It takes NICE a lot of work and time to come up with. The process does not start for real until the sponsor submits the evidence (which is very different from what goes to the MHRA for approval). Before the submission it is just paper pushing.
So NWBO needs to submit the evidence to start the process. And they haven't.
Correct! They already received all the evidence including the pricings the Company charges the Compassionate / Specials patients. Once the label is inked, NICE appraisal will be complete; follows the announcement of the grant of approval to the Company first and the rest of the world second. It is all happening as we speak as an army of officers are working on it, imo.

My God, you’re bloody delusional. A massive red flag 🚩 has been planted right in front of you, and you instantly go into LaLa Land speculation !!
People who are using stopwatch to measure the approval time may ask the questions like: 1. Will MHRA notify the company that submits the drug application for approval before listing the announcement on their webpage? 2. How many weeks will MHRA give the company that submits the application before making the announcement? 3. Is it possible that NWBO has been notified the news and the company is waiting for the right moment to announce the news?
