I hope that’s true. Delisting is really not on the cards, for now. My concern is getting dropped from the Russell. The Russell’s requirements - market cap, float, etc. - are quite specific, but I don’t know where LWLG’s metrics for some of the requirements are. If LWLG ever is dropped from the Russell 2000, all index funds holding LWLG will have to sell and they’ll be no more “institutional” buying. Under $1 would be immediate.

I hope so. He and the company need it ASAP. I don't think he is going to survive as the CEO without a deal this year, like it or not.
