They wait until they have proper news, and then they release it. If appropriate, they support it with webcasts, appearances at appropriate conferences, etc. NWBO is no different from the others.

It's obvious you haven't read 90% of their bullshit PRs and you also must have missed Less punting til at least November while catching a buzz on NWBO's paid promotional show. Was that "appropriate"?
