As I have said from the very beginning, the WHOLE protracted Phase III Clinical Trial and summating data conclusions is being investigated by an Agency above the Regulators.
And if matters should conclude in the way anticipated, I will gladly stand on the same side as the NHS, in any setting they deem appropriate, based on their conclusions.
To this end, Kings College Hospital will never take any action against me, because their hands are not clean in this regard, plus it will give an opportunity for a NHS Prosecutorial Barrister to publicly cross-exam the Trust.
