I just think that is wrong though scorp.. He should have released those financials on time as promised. If there was a "problem" that he was aware of, he simply could have stated the issues and advised the public that they were going to be re-worked to accurately reflect the factual numbers.

He could have also, simply by using a calculator, gave some general guidance as to what the true figures should have been in the neighborhood of.

The "price raid" for which you speak of then would never have materialized.

So exactly why were those statements Petar said he had in hand delayed?

He let his temper get the best of him. It happens when you're libeled in your hometown newspaper.

Under advice of counsel who let him know it wouldn't be worth his time to fight... the criminal raid on share price occurred.

Scorpio, see this is another issue that I have that I would like your take on seriously.

The A/F's were supposed to be posted Nov. 15 or at various times in the early morning of Nov. 16 according to Petar and in his hand.

But the Windsor Star story doesn't come out to Nov. 16, earliest time it could be read is about 7 a.m. (Only recently is an electronic edition available earlier I think). So,

1. Petar doesn't know about Windsor Star article until long after his self-imposed deadline passes.

2. Posting the A/F's would be the obvious rebuttal to the story as you yourself observed at the time.
