That is right, but the entire BOD is in his pocket, and the compensation committee consists of his university buddies. He has free run when it comes to his compensation, I remember back in 2016-2018, he issued amendment after amendment for his option grants. He basically couldn't get a single thing right the first time, but he came up with a catchy slogan this time:
