Stopped talking to them 2-3 years ago after hearing all the fluff over years .

And I had been saying that instead of taking these bonuses and salaries they should have hired someone or brought someone in management who actually had successfully brought a drug/biologic from dev stage to commercialization in timely and efficient manner and paid that person handsomely years ago.
