Correct. Plus they agreed to spoofing that netted them $64m gains but blaming it on their clients who used their platform/algorithm to run spoofing. Yep theft is a theft whichever form it was carried out.
So you are telling me that from about August 2020-August 2021 when the stock price was averaging about $1.50 that they didn’t spoof at all. That they just said “ boys we are going to leave this stock alone for a year” that’s laughable
