Yes I did read the conversion ratio and I also agree the common's pps should increase well through March-April. But I have this nagging feeling BKMP/TFN/BOM 'may' merge at a certain point in time. Granted, I have nothing to support a possible merge, but it is an avenue to pursue if no more buy-backs are entertained.
