Not sure, I don't care about the preferred's .I will let my 86 billion expire with hopefully no regrets.At present the only thing I'm concerned with is the common's and the PPS.I feel that will be the real prize.

When you convert 1 billion Preferred's you get 1 Million common's however they will be restricted for one year which realistically could mean 2 years at a cost of $150.00 per billion Preferred's converted , it would however make sense to convert if the PPS can maintain a much higher PPS.
