George, you are correct that the lower grade brain cancer patients did very well. As the nwbo application and SAP are for grade 4 (glioblastoma) I look at the various published works for the impact on gbm patients. I went back and looked at the SAP document again and it is only for gbm. They have yet to share the results on most of the secondary endpoints as outlined in the SAP and I would be interested to see those results beyond the primary endpoint and first secondary endpoint. Regardless how the trial did on the other secondary endpoints as for the primary it was as good as temozolomide so imo it should be approved - at least for gbm and perhaps later for lower grade brain cancers once there are more trials
Just takes forever 9+ years in this so far
I also try to stay realistic as the first submission is for gbm only in a relatively small market perhaps more to come later but have to submit to the other regulators and perform more trials for other indivations
