Newman, don't know if you read the paper in nature but of the patients on the trial none of those with the addition of poly-ICLC lived to 5 years. The only 5 year survivors was on the vaccine only. I am a believer in combo therapy and believe that dcvax + keytruda + poly-ICLC+ csf1r has great promise and currently being tried.
As for nwbo vs nvda you are the one that said nwbo would be bigger - not going to happen. As for BP Merk is likely to stay bigger and keytruda has been great in many applications and saved the life of a coworker. I hope for nwbo success but I try to keep it real

Gee, nobody has ever seen good results in an tiny early stage trial before that failed to translate to a larger population with an actual control arm in a well run RCT trial.

Results from a small, single-institution, phase 1 study of ICT-107 in 16 newly diagnosed patients with glioblastoma showed that median progression-free survival (PFS) was 16.9 months, and the 5-year rate of PFS was 37.5%; median overall survival (OS) was 38.4 months, and the 5-year rate of OS was 50%.3

Why aren't all GBM patients using ICT-107? Oh that's right, because in the large P2 it didn't work. Just like DCVax with Poly IF they ever run a confirmatory P3.

I understand what you are saying, but it may not be bad to be associated with a company the market makers won't screw with.
Last 6 months MRK up approx. +30%, NWBO down -50%. Arguably, NWBO has had a much more compelling story over that time frame.
Current investors are weary of market makers' outright theft and can only do so much to aid NWBO's finances and reputation. While I'm sure the company is grateful of their efforts, many investors think otherwise. So, I'm hoping NWBO is thinking ahead and focusing on a strong public relations campaign (professionally guided) once approval is received. No reason we shouldn't be 10x's the SP right now.
