I believe, like most hack attorneys for PINK stock companies, he valued the SAGA deal as it was on paper, it (the attorney letter) the amount about matches their promise of the VIRO sub only, plus estimated cash-on-hand at SAGA, which was probably already spoken for, 3 or 4 times over.
Just imho, I believe this attorney letter was pure BS which he can't be sued for, since as the attorney, he can legally parrot his client's claims, pre-audit results, without fear of prosecution by anyone.
I don't think we saw any legit PR's since it hit the fan in late March. Probably the last half-accurate PR, by my estimation, was back in July 0f 2023. (Notice I said, "half-accurate").
I just hope the CCC gang float a big announcement soon, and that all IP's remain wherever we've invested in them.
